Beginning tomorrow, Monday 4/8, the developer is testing the installation of helical piles between 9am-12pm. There should be no/minimal vibration as these piles are “drilled” into the ground until the required torque is achieved. If these piles meet the criteria, they will be back in construction within 10 days.
As discussed during our March meeting, the plan is for construction to continue over the summer, with an expected completion date within 9-12 months. Notices will be posted with approximate construction/delivery schedule, and we were informed by Ray Meyer, the construction code official, that the project is not in violation of any city laws.
